01 International Routes

Choose a location, then a route

110+ countries / 160+ routes. Start with popular locations; see the user panel for the full list of available routes.

Before accessing an international website, check which exit locations the service accepts, then choose a matching route. Hong Kong and Singapore are options for everyday connections; for region-specific content, start with the destination site's location requirements. Geographic distance is only a guide—your experience also depends on your local network, time of day, and the destination server. Don't assume one location will work for every app just because its name looks right.

The table below shows popular route locations and types; location coverage does not guarantee streaming support. Where city details aren't listed, check the user panel. Verify streaming availability on the destination site itself. This makes it easier to distinguish information already provided from what you'll still need to confirm with your own account and device.

Choosing between IEPL, relay, and direct routes

Route types describe the connection path; they don't guarantee app compatibility. Consider an IEPL dedicated line when comparing cross-border routes, compare relay routes with other paths in the same location, and evaluate direct routes against your local network. When testing, keep the destination page, device, and time of day as consistent as possible. Page loads, uninterrupted conversations, and smooth video playback are more useful measures than repeatedly refreshing a connection icon.

For everyday use, keep a primary route and a backup. If an app acts up, first check a regular website to see whether the network is generally working, then check the app's exit location and connection rules. If only one site reports a location mismatch, there's no need to reinstall the client right away. If no websites load, follow the troubleshooting guide to check your subscription, system connection, and DNS step by step.

02 Use Cases

Find the right connection
for what you want to access

Browsing, using AI, and streaming each call for different checks. Browse by category, or swipe through the cards.

Evening Peak Stability

Compare routes with the apps you use

If access slows down in the evening, first distinguish local network congestion from cross-border route fluctuations and slow responses from the destination site. VPNLogo offers routes in different locations and types, making it easier to compare paths to the same destination. Keep your device and app unchanged while comparing page loads, video buffering, and conversation continuity; try to keep the exit location stable after connecting. If the issue only occurs during peak evening hours, note the time, route name, and error message, then follow the troubleshooting guide instead of changing every setting repeatedly.

7-day refund policy

Evaluate it in your everyday setup

Whether a subscription suits you depends on how it performs in your own environment. VPNLogo offers a 7-day refund policy, so you can assess the experience with your usual devices, access times, and target apps. Don't focus only on how quickly a single webpage opens; also consider long conversations, continuous video playback, and switching between devices. Before requesting a refund, review the applicable terms, then submit a ticket through the user panel. Describing the issue can help resolve it, but don't post account details on public pages.

AI Tool Access

Check the exit location and account environment

Accessing Claude, Gemini, or other AI tools involves more than the route connection. First check which locations the service supports, then select a matching exit location and confirm your sign-in status, account eligibility, and browser session. If the page loads but you can't submit a prompt, note the exact error rather than assuming it's a connection problem. VPNLogo's routes provide options for choosing an access path; they can't replace a third-party service's eligibility checks or guarantee that every AI feature is available in every location.

Streaming

Check the title and playback page

Netflix, Disney+, YouTube, and HBO each have different content and playback rules. After selecting a route for your target location, check which titles your account can access and whether playback is smooth. Video quality also depends on the source, platform plan, device, and local connection. If you see a location notice or playback fails, check your browser session and app connection rules rather than treating a route change as the only solution. VPNLogo provides international access routes; content availability and playback eligibility remain subject to the destination platform's current rules.

Anonymous, no logs

No email required; keep your account credentials safe

VPNLogo follows an anonymous, no-logs service policy. You can create an account without an email address using a username and password. Before using the service, read the privacy policy for details about data handling and its scope. A network connection service can't replace device security or account protection: keep your login credentials safe, don't post subscription details in public forums, and redact sensitive information from screenshots. For help, submit a ticket through the user panel so account-related discussions stay in the appropriate place.

Unlimited simultaneous devices

Set up each desktop and mobile platform

Use a computer for work and a mobile device for messages, configuring each platform as needed. VPNLogo allows unlimited simultaneous devices and supports Windows, macOS, iOS, Android, and Linux. Get clients and subscriptions through the user panel. More devices don't mean identical settings: check system network permissions, background operation, and app rules on each device. If one device has a problem, compare its route and network environment with a device that works, keep the working configuration, and troubleshoot the affected device separately.

III Device Setup

Connect on your usual devices

Choose your platform and get the client from the user panel. Sign in to the user panel to access your subscription.

Go from account setup to connection, step by step

Create an account with a username and password—no email address required—and save your login credentials. Sign in to the client on Windows, macOS, Android, or Linux to access it; the iOS option requires an active plan. Client downloads and subscriptions are separate: downloading a client doesn't give you an active subscription. Before connecting, check your plan status in the panel, then follow the on-screen instructions to get and import your subscription.

When you first launch the client, follow your system's prompts to authorize the network connection, then refresh the route list in the client. Select a location suited to your destination service and connect. Open a regular website first, then test the apps you use. If the client says it's connected but pages still won't load, check whether the system proxy or app connection method is active instead of relying on the status message alone. Follow the Quick Start Guide for detailed steps, and visit the Troubleshooting Guide for more complex issues.

On mobile devices, check background activity and battery-saving settings. After switching between Wi-Fi and mobile data, if the connection doesn't recover, check the client status before testing the destination app again. If other network tools are running on your computer, identify which program is managing the connection to avoid conflicting rules. Once setup is complete, keep one verified working route so it's easier to spot differences when troubleshooting later.

04 Choose a Plan

Pick a plan based on your data usage

Monthly plans suit regular use; data packs are for pay-as-you-go usage. All plans allow unlimited simultaneous devices.

Lowest price per GB among monthly plans

500 GB Monthly Plan

¥28 / month

If you stream video often or use multiple devices, consider this tier when planning your data budget.

  • 500 GB per month
  • Unlimited simultaneous devices
  • 7-day refund policy
Choose This Plan

For regular use, start with your monthly data usage

Monthly plan data resets each month on your activation date, not at the beginning of the calendar month. Text browsing, images, video, and file transfers use very different amounts of data; the number of devices alone doesn't tell you how much you'll need. Review your usual activity and usage records in the user panel to make an informed choice. Don't choose a higher tier just because you have more devices, and account for the ongoing data use of video.

When you upgrade mid-plan, the price difference is converted into remaining days. To change plans, check your order and the change details in the user panel before confirming the new plan. Plan tiers reflect the included data; they don't promise extra access to any particular app or location. Check the destination service's account eligibility and location rules separately. See the plans page for full pricing and billing details.

Occasional use? Consider a lifetime data pack

Data packs last until used and never expire: ¥158/300GB, ¥358/1000GB, ¥658/3000GB. If you don't need cross-border access every month, compare a data pack with a monthly plan. Choose based on how often you use the service and your data budget. Never-expiring data doesn't mean unlimited data, and don't assume a monthly plan and a data pack will be consumed in a particular order; check the user panel for how your account handles usage.

Pay with Alipay, WeChat Pay, or USDT. VPNLogo offers a 7-day refund policy. Before paying, confirm the plan type, included data, and current account status. After payment, check the order in the panel before retrieving your subscription. If the order status is unclear, keep the relevant order details and contact support through a panel ticket to avoid confusion from repeating the payment steps.

05 Guides & Insights

Route Selection & Connection Checks

Start with a specific question: AI location checks, iOS setup, exit verification, or image-generation tools.

Guides show you what to do next; articles explain why it happens. If you're choosing a route for AI access, start with the location guide. If the client is connected but an app isn't behaving differently, read the exit verification guide. Separating network exits, app rules, and account requirements helps you avoid changing unrelated settings and makes it easier to explain the issue to support.
