Getting started with clients

Subscription import and connection guide

Follow the steps from account setup to client configuration. Skip any steps you’ve already completed.

01 Account access

Create an account and save your login details

Go to the account creation page in the VPNLogo user panel. Enter a username and password, then follow the on-screen instructions to submit. No email address is required. Your username and password are what you’ll use to access the panel later. Use a unique password and save it in your password manager. Don’t store it in public notes or chat screenshots.

Once you’re done, you should be able to access the panel or return to the login page. If you aren’t taken to your account overview automatically, sign in with the username and password you saved. When your account details appear, make sure you’re using the account you intend to use before opening the plans page. This helps keep your order and everyday account activity together.

If your username is unavailable, try another one and submit again. If a field contains an error, follow the note beside it to correct the entry instead of repeatedly clicking submit. If you already have an account, select “Log in” in the page header; there’s no need to create another one. For account questions, see the Accounts and subscriptions section of the FAQ.

First Month Free

02 Plans and orders

Choose a plan based on how often you’ll use it

Once your account is ready, open the plans page in the user panel. Monthly plans suit regular use: ¥9.9/month includes 60GB, ¥18/month includes 250GB, and ¥28/month includes 500GB. Consider how you use websites, AI tools, and video to estimate your data needs. You don’t need to choose a larger allowance just because it covers the same routes.

If your usage is less predictable, compare the data packages: ¥158/300GB, ¥358/1000GB, and ¥658/3000GB. Data packages remain valid until used up and never expire. Monthly plan data resets each month on your activation date; if you upgrade mid-cycle, the price difference is prorated for the remaining days. The main difference is how long you have to use the data. Check the exact order details again before paying.

Select a plan and follow the panel prompts to create an order. Check the plan name, amount, data allowance, and billing method, then pay with Alipay, WeChat Pay, or USDT. Once payment is complete, return to the panel to check the order status and make sure the plan appears in your account overview. If the payment page shows completion but the panel hasn’t updated, check the existing order before creating another.

All plans support unlimited simultaneous devices and include a 7-day money-back guarantee. See the Terms of Service for refund details. To compare prices side by side, visit the plans and pricing page. Once you’ve chosen a plan, return to the panel to continue. You’re ready for the next step when your subscription appears in the account overview.

Choose this plan

03 Subscription access

Get your subscription and add it to a client

Open your account overview in the panel and check your plan status and data allowance, then find the subscription section. A subscription link isn’t a website address for everyday browsing; it lets a client retrieve your personal route configuration. Once imported, the client displays the available regions and routes, so there’s no need to enter server details one by one.

If the panel offers a one-click import option for the client you’ve installed, use it. Your browser may ask whether to open a local app. Check that the app name is what you expect before allowing it to open. When the client prompts you to add or confirm the subscription, save it and check the route list. If the browser doesn’t open the app, the subscription may still be valid—the client might not be installed on your device yet.

If you haven’t installed a client, leave the panel open and continue to the next step to get the version for your device. Return to the panel to import the subscription after installation. For manual import, copy the complete subscription link from the panel, switch to the client’s subscription or configuration page, and add it from a URL. Don’t include extra text, spaces, or line breaks when copying or pasting, and don’t use the plans page URL in place of the subscription link.

A successful import means the client displays routes you can select—not that your browser opens a page of text. If an update fails, first check your account status and where the link came from. Then follow the subscription update section of the troubleshooting guide step by step. Avoid repeatedly copying the wrong link between different clients.

04 Import on your device

Install a client and import your routes

Get VPNLogo clients and the latest import instructions from the user panel’s downloads page. After signing in, you can download clients for Windows, macOS, Android, and Linux without purchasing a plan; check your plan status to access a usable subscription. The iOS download option requires an active plan. This guide doesn’t provide direct download links or ask you to find installers from unverified search results.

The steps below cover common desktop and mobile VPN client workflows. The interface may use labels such as “configuration,” “subscription,” or “import from URL.” In this guide, each refers to the place where you add your personal subscription from the panel. If your current version works differently, follow the instructions provided on the downloads page. Don’t assume setup instructions for another product will apply.

Get the client

Windows: Add your subscription on the configuration page

On the panel’s downloads page, choose a desktop client for Windows, install it as prompted by the system, and launch it. Return to the panel and use the matching one-click import option. If the client doesn’t open automatically, go to its configuration or subscription page, find the option to add from a URL, paste your personal subscription link, and save.

Wait for the configuration to load, select the new configuration, and check that regions appear in the route list. Choose a route, then enable the connection and system proxy as prompted by the client. If you’ve only added a configuration without enabling the proxy, your browser may still use its original network path. If the system asks for permission, verify the app’s source before continuing as instructed by the client.

macOS: Import and check the proxy status

Choose a desktop client for macOS from the panel, then install and open it as described on the downloads page. If one-click import prompts you to open an app, confirm and save the new subscription in the client. To import manually, open configuration management, choose URL import, paste the complete address, update it, and set that configuration as the one in use.

After selecting a route, enable the system proxy or the relevant network connection as shown in the interface. You may see a system authorization prompt the first time. Complete authorization, then check the client status. If you have other proxy tools on the device, quit the ones you aren’t using before checking the connection to avoid multiple apps changing system network settings. Don’t disable system security settings to troubleshoot an import issue.

Android: Import your subscription and allow the VPN connection

Download the Android client from the panel’s downloads page, then install and open it. If the system asks you to confirm the installation source, follow the prompt only for the file you just downloaded from the panel. In the client’s configuration or subscription manager, use one-click import or create a URL subscription and paste your personal link. Save and update the configuration, then check that routes appear.

Choose a region and tap Connect. When Android first asks to set up a VPN connection, check which app made the request before allowing it. If the client offers per-app settings, make sure the app you want to use is included in the proxy scope. Keep the client in the foreground while you verify the connection, then check its status after switching apps. See the troubleshooting guide for more on background disconnects.

iOS: Get the client through the panel

First, check that your plan is active. Then open the iOS section on the panel’s downloads page and follow the instructions to get a compatible client from the App Store. If the panel says an active plan is required, return to your account overview and check your status. App Store listings may vary by account region; follow the panel instructions and check what’s currently available in the store.

After installation, return to the panel and use the matching import option, or add the subscription from a URL in the client’s configuration manager. Once routes appear in the configuration, select a region and connect. Follow the system prompt to authorize adding a VPN configuration. If the client also offers shortcuts or profile options, get a basic connection working first. These features aren’t required to import a subscription.

For Linux, start from the panel’s downloads page and follow the import instructions for the relevant client. To connect other devices, download a client and import your subscription separately on each one. VPNLogo supports unlimited simultaneous devices. Configuration formats may vary by platform, so use the matching option provided in the panel.

05 Verify access

Connect to a route and verify access

After importing the configuration, select a region from the client’s route list and connect. Test one route first. Avoid changing the region, proxy mode, and app settings all at once; otherwise, it’s hard to tell what caused an issue. Coverage includes 110+ countries / 160+ routes. Check the panel and client for the regions and route types currently available.

When the client shows “Connected,” open a regular webpage to check that your internet connection works. Then check whether your exit IP is associated with the region you selected, and finally open the international website or app you actually plan to use. A change in exit region and access to a particular service are separate checks: the first shows that your network path changed, while the second may also depend on the service’s account region, subscription permissions, and site rules.

If websites load but a particular app doesn’t, check whether the client uses per-app settings or rule mode, and whether that app is included in the proxy scope. After switching routes, reopen the app to establish a new connection. Don’t rely on a page that was already loaded to determine whether the new route is working. For detailed exit IP, DNS, and per-app checks, see the guide to verifying your VPN connection.

If you can’t establish a basic connection, first check that your local network works, your configuration is up to date, and your plan is active. Then try another route. Whether you can’t connect at all, can connect but can’t open webpages, or keep disconnecting in the background, follow the relevant steps in the troubleshooting guide. Avoid repeatedly changing unfamiliar advanced settings during basic setup.

After completing these checks, everyday use is simple: open the client, select the route you need, and connect. For data or order questions, start with your account overview. For configuration issues, check the current client configuration and any update prompts. To get more help, use the support ticket option in the panel. Include your device’s operating system, client name, issue, and steps you’ve already tried. Attach an error screenshot with sensitive account details hidden. Check the FAQ for quick answers, or consult the troubleshooting guide for a deeper diagnosis.
